Ubiquiti
Enterprise-grade networking, Wi-Fi, and UniFi Protect surveillance — our default for residential and small-business networks that need to be both reliable and supportable.
From greenfield smart-home builds to retrofits in century-old houses, we design, install, and care for the technology that makes a space work. The same approach works past the front door of a house — offices, studios, and small commercial spaces get the same treatment.
01 — Installation & Integration
We come in early — ideally before drywall — and design the systems alongside your architect and builder. Wiring, equipment placement, control interfaces, programming. Every subsystem speaks to every other.
What we typically build: lighting control, motorized shading, distributed audio, home theater, surveillance and access control, climate control, and the network backbone that ties it all together.
Lutron lighting control. Scenes for every time of day.
Sonos and high-end built-in systems for whole-home sound.
Media rooms and theaters, sized to the room and how you actually watch — a home installation, not a commercial build.
Ubiquiti and enterprise-grade gear. Wi-Fi that actually works.
Start with the kitchen, the home office, or wherever frustrates you most.
Wireless protocols and clever wire paths mean we rarely have to open walls.
Whatever we install today should still work the day you want to add to it.
02 — Retrofit & Upgrade
Most homes weren't designed with modern technology in mind. That doesn't mean you have to live with the consequences. We work in occupied homes — old and new — and add the smart-home capabilities you actually want, without the demolition you'd expect.
Common retrofits: lighting and shading control, mesh Wi-Fi systems, smart-locks and access control, audio in select rooms, doorbell and entry video.
03 — Maintenance & Monitoring
The work doesn't end at handover. For clients who want us to stay on, we write long-term support agreements built around the property — the systems in it, how you live with them, and the response you expect.
Each one is shaped to fit; nothing off the shelf. A partnership, priced as an investment: keeping the house running the way it was designed to, for as long as you want us there.
We see issues before you do, and often fix them before you notice.
Tested and applied on a schedule — not whenever a vendor pushes one.
You reach a real person, not a phone tree. When something needs attention, it gets it quickly.
What We Work With
We're not vendor-neutral by ideology — we're vendor-neutral by experience. These are the platforms we've installed enough times to know where they shine and where they don't.
Enterprise-grade networking, Wi-Fi, and UniFi Protect surveillance — our default for residential and small-business networks that need to be both reliable and supportable.
The open-source automation platform that lets us tie disparate systems together — HomeKit, Matter, Z-Wave, Zigbee, and custom hardware that doesn't otherwise know how to talk to each other.
Lighting control and motorized shading that's been the industry standard for decades. Boring, proven, impeccable.
Multi-room audio that just works — from a single Beam in the living room to a multi-zone whole-house system synced room-to-room.
Native Apple Home integration plus the Matter standard for cross-ecosystem device support — the modern protocols replacing vendor lock-in.
Beyond The Standard Stack
The list above covers our standard work. What we hear most often, though, is "I have this one weird thing — can you make it work?" Usually, yes.
A client asked if we could make their home flight simulator turn on with a single button. We hadn't seen that hardware before — there were a dozen sequenced steps to get the system fully booted, with multiple components needing to come up in the right order. But that's the kind of problem we like. A few hours of figuring it out, and now it's one button.
If you have something like this — a system with no obvious off-the-shelf solution, an integration nobody else has wanted to touch — tell us about it.
