What we do.

From greenfield smart-home builds to retrofits in century-old houses, we design, install, and care for the technology that makes a space work.

01 — Installation & Integration

For new builds and major renovations.

We come in early — ideally before drywall — and design the systems alongside your architect and builder. Wiring, equipment placement, control interfaces, programming. Every subsystem speaks to every other.

What we typically build: lighting control, motorized shading, distributed audio, home theater, surveillance and access control, climate control, and the network backbone that ties it all together.

  • Lighting Control

Lutron HomeWorks, RadioRA. Scenes for every time of day.

  • Distributed Audio

Sonos and high-end built-in systems for whole-home sound.

  • Home Theater

From media rooms to dedicated theaters with calibrated acoustics.

  • Network Infrastructure

Ubiquiti and enterprise-grade gear. Wi-Fi that actually works.

  • One Room At A Time

Start with the kitchen, the home office, or wherever frustrates you most.

  • Minimal Disruption

Wireless protocols and clever wire paths mean we rarely have to open walls.

  • Future-Proof

Whatever we install today should still work the day you want to add to it.

02 — Retrofit & Upgrade

For homes that already exist.

Most homes weren't designed with modern technology in mind. That doesn't mean you have to live with the consequences. We work in occupied homes — old and new — and add the smart-home capabilities you actually want, without the demolition you'd expect.

Common retrofits: lighting and shading control, mesh Wi-Fi systems, smart-locks and access control, audio in select rooms, doorbell and entry video.

03 — Maintenance & Monitoring

Because installation isn't the end.

Smart-home systems need ongoing care — firmware updates, the occasional reboot, new device additions, the rare hardware swap. Our service plans handle that quietly so you never have to think about it.

Plan tiers range from essentials (remote monitoring + priority support) to comprehensive (everything plus on-site visits and proactive upgrades). We'll recommend what fits your system on the first call.

  • Remote Monitoring

We see issues before you do, and often fix them before you notice.

  • Firmware Updates

Tested and applied on a schedule — not whenever a vendor pushes one.

  • Priority Support

Real person, usually same day. No phone trees.

What We Work With

The systems and platforms we know inside out.

We're not vendor-neutral by ideology — we're vendor-neutral by experience. These are the platforms we've installed enough times to know where they shine and where they don't.

Ubiquiti

Enterprise-grade networking, Wi-Fi, and UniFi Protect surveillance — our default for residential and small-business networks that need to be both reliable and supportable.

Home Assistant

The open-source automation platform that lets us tie disparate systems together — HomeKit, Matter, Z-Wave, Zigbee, and custom hardware that doesn't otherwise know how to talk to each other.

Lutron

HomeWorks, RadioRA, Caséta — lighting control and motorized shading that's been the industry standard for decades. Boring, proven, impeccable.

Sonos

Multi-room audio that just works — from a single Beam in the living room to a multi-zone whole-house system synced room-to-room.

Control4 & Crestron

Whole-home and commercial-grade control systems — when you want one interface for lights, audio, video, climate, security, and shades.

HomeKit & Matter

Native Apple Home integration plus the Matter standard for cross-ecosystem device support — the modern protocols replacing vendor lock-in.

Beyond The Standard Stack

When the project is unusual.

The list above covers our standard work. What we hear most often, though, is "I have this one weird thing — can you make it work?" Usually, yes.

Example — one-button flight simulator

A client asked if we could make their home flight simulator turn on with a single button. We hadn't seen that hardware before — there were a dozen sequenced steps to get the system fully booted, with multiple components needing to come up in the right order. But that's the kind of problem we like. A few hours of figuring it out, and now it's one button.

If you have something like this — a system with no obvious off-the-shelf solution, an integration nobody else has wanted to touch — tell us about it.

Ready To Talk?

Every project starts with a conversation.

No quote up front, no commitment. Just a conversation about what you want and what's actually possible.
